Information and Research Services
The goal of the Information and Research Services program area at the Central New York Regional Planning and Development Board is to provide local leaders, businesses, and citizens with regional demographic data to support planning efforts. This is accomplished through the CNY RPDB’s designation as a New York State Data Center Affiliate. The New York State Data Center operates as a network of affiliates throughout the state, and this designation provides the CNY RPDB access to a wide range of census data products and technical assistance resources at the federal and state levels.
